Track your order

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. That email is the quickest way to follow your parcel.

Cannot find the email?

Check your spam and promotions folders and search for AMAZD. If it is not there, email us with your order number and we will resend it.

How long should it take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes another 4 to 5 business days after that, so most orders arrive within about 10 business days of being placed.

Tracking has not updated

Carriers often go quiet for a few days between scans, particularly over weekends and holidays. If there has been no movement for more than 7 days, email us and we will chase it.

Still nothing

Email info@amazdproducts.com with your order number. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the purchase date, you can request a full refund.
