How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the item and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–3 business days.
This processing time includes production time, as many of our products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after processing.
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to COVID-19–related disruptions).
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at:
If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the original purchase date, you may contact us to request a full refund.
This policy does not apply to:

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Defective, or

Not as described in our listing
We will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as quickly as possible.
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date, and items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)
For items that are received in 100% original condition and are not defective, the following applies:

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

A return label will be provided after your return request is approved

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
All returns must:
