Before you use it
Patch test on a small area of skin first and wait 24 hours. Do not use on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, and keep it away from the eyes. Stop using it if your skin reacts.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is free on every US order, and free on most international orders. Larger items sent outside the US carry a shipping charge, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders usually leave within 2 to 3 business days. If something arrives faulty or is not as described, tell us within 15 days of delivery and we will cover the return and replace it. Returns for any other reason are accepted within 15 days in original condition, with a 30 percent restocking fee.
